Common questions
Asked often.
- Should I sell before I buy?
- That depends on liquidity, financing, market conditions, risk tolerance and available housing. A lender and attorney should review the options for your situation.
- Can Scott show me a home he doesn't have listed?
- Yes. Send the address from any site and he will look into it and arrange access where the listing terms allow.
- Is the highest offer always strongest?
- No. Price matters, but financing, contingencies, timing and confidence in closing can also affect how a seller evaluates an offer.
